Our research process is designed to uncover key insights into how people interact with their appliances, including persona, innovation, concept evaluation, user experience, user interface, and design.

The research has taken us to a variety of settings, including large meeting rooms, UX labs, users' homes, simulated living spaces, shopping malls, and even virtual reality environments.

    The client wanted to verify consumer acceptance of indoor planting by a machine, to be clear about who will be the target users and to design and refine the product so that the target users can put this new machine in their house.     This study was conducted to understand whether consumers could sense the real benefits brought by these new design features and to identify relevant usability issues.
